(hereinafter referred to as the "White Star") is committed to the privacy and confidentiality of information provided by its users. This Privacy Policy describes White Star policies and practices with regard to Personal Data collected by White Star on this website. What kind of information we collect and how we process them.   • We process your personal data that we have legally received from you during our business relationship i.e.: name and surname, e-mail address, position, IP address.

      • - for archiving (evidence) purposes, in cases where facts are required, e.g. in the event of a potential dispute or claim;
      • - direct marketing. We take due care to balance our interests against your right to privacy.
    • c) compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject (art. 6 (1) c) GDPR

  • 5. Who receives your data
  • Within the White Star capital group, are given access to your data which require them in order to perform our contractual and statutory obligations. Service providers and vicarious agents employed by us may also receive data for these purposes if they observe confidentiality obligation and our documented instructions under GDPR.
  • With regard to the transfer of data to recipients outside White Star capital group, we may only disclose information about you if we are legally required to do so. The recipients of personal data may be, for example:
    • public authorities and institutions insofar as a statutory or official obligation exists;
    • entities providing office services for the Company (including data deleting).
  • This includes, but is not limited to, email service providers, IT service providers, mailing houses.
